ATELIERO's Bali operation includes dedicated organizational functions — Lawyer / legal support, HR, Financial manager, Revenue manager, Listing manager, Reservations department, Property managers / supervisors, Quality-control function. This does not mean every property has a dedicated full-time person in each role.
The team operates in English, Russian, Indonesian, across Canggu, Batu Bolong, Berawa, Pererenan, Seseh, Cemagi, Ubud.
Management fee
ATELIERO's management fee is 20% of booking receipts after OTA commission.

Direct operating costs (e.g. electricity, internet, household goods, consumables, and similar) remain owner expenses. Revenue − OTA commissions − operating expenses − management fee = owner result.
