Our Story
Dmitry and his wife love living in Bali. Before launching ATELIERO Bali, they frequently rented Bali villas for their own stays and repeatedly encountered service standards below what they expected.
In March 2026, Dmitry decided to launch ATELIERO in Bali and bring operating experience and service standards developed through property-management businesses in Dubai/UAE and St. Petersburg/Russia.

Dmitry has worked in hospitality and property management since 2018. Today, the group's property management operations in St. Petersburg and the UAE manage more than 400 properties. ATELIERO was created to bring that international operating experience to Bali while building a local team and management system specifically for the island.

Since March 2026, ATELIERO has grown a dedicated Bali operation: 37 bedrooms across 12 properties (8 villas and 4 small hotels), run by an 8-person local team working in English, Russian, Indonesian, across Canggu, Batu Bolong, Berawa, Pererenan, Seseh, Cemagi, Ubud.
How We Manage
ATELIERO combines hospitality with structured property management. Responsibilities are clearly divided across the team, operational processes follow established procedures, and housekeeping is performed using checklists. Our operating structure includes revenue management, listing management, reservations, property supervisors, quality control, finance, HR and legal support.
