Furnishing a Bali Villa for Rental in 20 Days

Furnished Bali villa bedroom with a wooden bed, light textiles and a pool view

The kitchen and basic finishes were in place, but the rooms were empty. The owner needed the villa ready for rental as quickly as possible. We handled painting, furnishing, appliance purchases and decor, completing the work in 20 days.

The starting point

White walls, tiled floors and bathrooms, and a kitchen counter with a sink. Air conditioning, some lighting and curtains were already installed too. The measurement photographs show the starting point: the shell of a home ready to be furnished and equipped for guests.

Living room: colour and a place to relax

Empty living room with a white wall during measurements
Before
Furnished living room with a sofa, television and sculptural wooden decor
After

We repainted the TV wall in a warm brown shade and added a light-coloured sofa, a television and a sculptural wooden feature. The wall colour and wood grain bring the seating area into the same palette as the rest of the interior.

Kitchen: building on what was there

Before
Completed shared space with an equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa
After

The existing kitchen provided the starting point. We bought a refrigerator and other household appliances. In the completed space, the kitchen connects to the dining and living areas: a wooden table and light upholstery tie the room together, while open shelves hold tableware.

Bedrooms: custom furniture and soft textures

Before
Completed bedroom with a wooden bed, bedside units and a warm accent wall
After

We commissioned a custom bed, making its wooden platform and headboard the bedroom’s focal point. We added artwork and decor. Light bedspreads and cushions soften the furniture’s clean lines and carry the calm palette through the finished rooms.

Storage: making use of an empty niche

Before
Wooden shelves in the niche next to the bathroom
After

Open wooden shelves now fill a previously empty niche. They provide practical storage and continue the use of wood seen throughout the other rooms.

Wood, artwork and light textiles give the bedrooms a consistent character.

The result in 20 days

In 20 days, empty rooms became a furnished villa ready for rental. We changed wall colours, added furniture and wooden elements, hung artwork, and purchased a sofa, television, refrigerator and other appliances. The existing finishes became the foundation for a cohesive interior with warm accents and everyday guest essentials.
